After passing the Arena Retail park,  you will come to  the Victorian shopping parade on Green Lanes N4 known as Grand Parade, which now houses a huge number of local privately run and mostly family managed specialist food and vegetable shops  where fresh fruit vegetables and fresh bread are delivered and sold every day, 365 days a year.

The main road also has a large main post office and a branch of Barclays Bank and Santander.
There are three large pubs and numerous restaurants and take away food shops, as well as an Iceland and a Tesco Metro.
